1. Digital Token Purchases
Token packs are one-time digital purchases used for AI outfit generations. Tokens are added to your account after Stripe confirms payment.
2. When Refunds May Apply
We may issue a refund or token credit if a payment was duplicated, made by mistake, tokens were not delivered after successful payment, or a technical issue prevented the service from processing your request.
3. AI Result Quality
AI results can vary. If a generation fails or creates a clearly unusable result, use the report option in your gallery. We may refund the tokens used for that generation after review.
4. Refund Method
Approved payment refunds are returned through Stripe to the original payment method. Token credits may be added directly to your OutfitPreview account.
5. Requesting Help
Contact support@outfitpreview.com with your account email, purchase date, package, and a short description of the issue.
